ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
How long does it take to make my order?
All of our items are made to order to ensure premium quality and intentional craftsmanship. Once your order is placed, it enters production within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, production may take slightly longer.
Do you keep inventory in stock?
No. We do not mass-produce or hold inventory. Each piece is custom printed and fulfilled through our production partner, Ninja POD, specifically for your order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
After production, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Total delivery time is usually 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. International delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be fulfilled and shipped separately due to production logistics. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible due to production limitations. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
SIZING & PRODUCT DETAILS
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend reviewing the chart before placing your order, as sizing may vary by item.
Do your items shrink?
Our garments are pre-shrunk when possible. To maintain fit and longevity, we recommend washing cold and air drying or tumble drying on low.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If you need help, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist before production starts.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How should I care for my apparel?
- Wash inside-out in cold water
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on printed areas
